Add in the rest of the ingredients plus the cocoa powder, brown sugar and soy sauce. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring and checking on it every 15-20 minutes
This chili can be frozen for up to three months or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Top with some dairy free sour cream and cheese and enjoy!
