Easy Egg-free Banana Chocolate chip Muffins

These vegan banana chocolate chip muffins are an easy, and delicious way to use up spotty bananas. Only takes 30 minutes. They come out tender and moist and only use 9 ingredients.

Ingredients

Melt the butter for 15 seconds in the microwave. In a large mixing bowl, smash the bananas with the back of a fork.

Add the melted vegan butter to the bananas along with the rest of the wet ingredients. Stir until everything is mixed well.

In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir in the chocolate chips.

Grease a muffin tin and scoop the muffin batter into the pan 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack when done.
