Ingredients

Set your instant pot to saute and add 2 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the onions for 1 minute or until onions are translucent.

Add in the seasonings and let them bloom for 30 seconds, then add the vegetables and stir well.

Add in the vegetable broth and red lentils scrape anything that got stuck to the bottom. Stir well. Add the lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.

Let it natural release for 5 minutes, then open the valve and release the remaining pressure. Add in some lemon juice and more salt if needed.

RECIPE TIPS

 Make sure the carrots and potatoes are on the smaller side, and are the same size. We want to be able to fit them on our spoon.
