Nope! Most of the recipes are made up of beans, grains, starchy or frozen veggies. You can easily find vegan cheese, milk and meat alternatives in many grocery stores now. There are only a few recipes that use these, the rest mostly use beans, veggies and grains. You can always sub beans for the meat alternatives
A lot of the recipes are accidentally gluten free but most can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free substitutes: buns, tortillas, pastas and using beans instead of plant based meats.
