ARE THERE ANY HARD-TO-FIND INGREDIENTS

Nope! Most of the recipes are made up of beans, grains, starchy or frozen veggies. You can easily find vegan cheese, milk and meat alternatives in many grocery stores now. There are only a few recipes that use these, the rest mostly use beans, veggies and grains. You can always sub beans for the meat alternatives


ARE THE RECIPES GLUTEN FREE?

A lot of the recipes are accidentally gluten free but most can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free substitutes: buns, tortillas, pastas and using beans instead of plant based meats.


ARE THE RECIPES HEALTHY?

Hell yes! Especially since they contain zero cholesterol, lots of protein and BONUS POINTS, they don’t kill and hurt animals. The recipes use mostly whole foods with a little bit of vegan meats and vegan cheeses for added flavor, satisfaction and protein. If you want to stay vegan longterm, your food has to be DAMN TASTY while also making you feel good.


DO I NEED TO SHOP AT A SPECIALTY GROCERY STORE?

Absolutely not. Wherever you can find grains, vegetables, fruits and vegetables is where you can shop. Most grocery stores sell plant based milks, tofu and a handful of vegan meat alternatives now. Most of the recipes use easy to find ingredients, though


DO I NEED ANY FANCY KITCHEN TOOLS?

You just need an instant pot for the instant pot cookbook. Other than that, you only need common kitchen tools like knives, cutting boards, pans and a stove.
