Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until it looks crispy and golden brown. Shake it halfway through. Let it cool and crisp up for 5 minutes before serving.
For extra chewy, crispy tofu, freeze the tofu in its package before opening. Then let it completely thaw in the fridge.
After it thaws, gently squeeze the water out over a sink.
To add sauce, put tofu in a mixing bowl with your sauce of choice after air frying. Coat evenly then add back to the air fryer and air fry for 3 minutes.
