Perfectly crispy air fryer tofu. This tofu goes great on a salad, in a stir fry or buddha bowl. Never have boring or bland tofu again!

– Press the tofu with a tofu press or heavy pan for 15-20 minutes. This gets rid of excess moisture to help the tofu get super crispy.

Cut the tofu into 1" cubes and add to a large mixing bowl.Add the oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder.

Add the corn starch. This will make an extra crispy coat. Mix very gently with a flat spoon, so you don't make the tofu crumble.

Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until it looks crispy and golden brown. Shake it halfway through. Let it cool and crisp up for 5 minutes before serving.

RECIPE TIPS

For extra chewy, crispy tofu, freeze the tofu in its package before opening. Then let it completely thaw in the fridge.  After it thaws, gently squeeze the water out over a sink.

RECIPE TIPS

To add sauce, put tofu in a mixing bowl with your sauce of choice after air frying. Coat evenly then add back to the air fryer and air fry for 3 minutes.
