Ingredients

Mash the bananas in a medium bowl with a fork or potato masher. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.

Mix together the dry ingredients. Then mix the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in the chocolate chips.

Grease a bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick into the center of the bread and it comes out clean.

RECIPE TIPS

Don’t over mix the batter, once the flour is in. It will make the bread tough. Stir it just enough to fold in the flour. Use super spotty bananas. The spottier, the more sweet.
