Creamy Easy Vegan  Alfredo Sauce

This vegan alfredo sauce is super creamy and delicious with a cashew cream base and delicious cheesy flavor. Very easy to whip together in a blender in 15 minutes.

Raw cashews Nutritional yeast Garlic Powder Onion powder Salt & black pepper Lemon juice Garlic clove Vegan butter

Ingredients

Boil water and pour the water over the cashews. Soak for 10 minutes, then strain to soften and create a smoother sauce.

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until everything is smooth.

In a sauce pan, heat up some vegan butter and sauté. Add the dairy free Alfredo sauce and stir until it thickens up. Add the pasta and enjoy!

RECIPE TIPS

If you’re allergic to cashews, substitute for 1 cup of shredded vegan parmesan cheese or 1 cup of silken tofu or 1 cup of white beans.
