Using an electric mixer or by hand, whip together margarine and sugar for 1-2 minutes until creamy. Add vanilla and soymilk, mixing until it resembles caramel.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and dairy free chocolate chips.

Combine dry ingredients with wet ones. If the dough is dry, add 1 more tablespoon of soymilk. Don't overmix!
