Delicious sticky maple miso glazed tofu recipe. Baked until crispy and then finished on the stove in a maple miso marinade to make it chewy and sticky.

Extra firm tofu Miso paste Toasted sesame oil Minced Garlic Minced Ginger Maple syrup Soy sauce Nutritional yeast

Ingredients

Press the tofu for 15 minutes to push out any excess moisture. This will give us chewy, perfect tofu.

Cut tofu into cubes and add to a large mixing bowl. Add all the seasonings and oil and gently stir.

Add tofu to a lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix together the maple miso glaze ingredients and add to a pan. Let the sauce thicken up, then add in the baked tofu cubes.

Serve over white rice. Add in any extra veggies like broccoli for some added nutrition.

To give the baked tofu crispy, chewy, perfect texture, sprinkle on some corn starch before baking.
