– vegan butter  – white sugar – brown sugar – vanilla –all purpose flour – old-fashioned rolled oats –  baking powder –  salt – cinnamon (optional) – dairy free chocolate chips –  soy milk

In a large mixing bowl add your vegan butter and white and brown sugar. Whip them together with an electric mixer until nice and smooth.

Stir in the vanilla, and set aside

In another bowl, add together the flour, rolled oats, salt, baking powder, chocolate chips and cinnamon

Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Then add one tablespoon of soy milk at a time, until your dough is nice and damp.

– Set the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to let it chill. This prevents over spreading.

- Roll into dough balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes

-Take out of the oven and let them sit on the cookie sheet for another five minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack
