This vegan Italian dressing is bright, full of flavor and easy to make. Take your salads to the next level. Olive oil and white wine vinegar are seasoned with fresh garlic and dried herbs. A hint of lemon juice and maple syrup help balance out the acidity.
Mince the garlic. Add all ingredients in a glass mason jar. Seal with a lid and shake.
¾ cup olive oil, ¼ cup white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon maple syrup, 2 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
