Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add your frozen brussels sprouts. No need to thaw or chop. Drizzle on the oil and stir to coat. Sprinkle on the seasonings, and stir well.
12 ounces frozen brussels sprouts, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd, so the heat evenly distributes and the sprouts will cook evenly. Air fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake the basket, then air fry for another 10 minutes, or until the brussels sprouts start to look crispy and golden brown.

Notes

Don't thaw - no need to thaw the brussels sprouts before air frying. It will just make them soggy. Air fry them from frozen.
Air fry in a single layer & don't overcrowd - to make sure the hot air evenly cooks the brussels sprouts and the all cook evenly, cook them in a single layer. You may have to cook in batches.
Shake the basket - Shake the air fryer basket halfway through the cooking time for best results. This will prevent them from burning, and will make them cook evenly.
Cook time may vary, depending on your air fryer model, so keep a close eye on them until the sprouts become crispy and golden brown.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 4-5 days. These can also be frozen for up to three months.
