Ingredients

  • 3 can chickpeas
  • 1-2 tablespoon Chana Masala Powder Mix look at directions on box
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4-5 Cups Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lemon juice optional at the end
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  • Put chickpeas, water, Chana Masala Mix, and tomatoes in crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 4-5 hours
  • Once the curry has thickened and you're about ready to eat add the garlic, can of coconut milk and the lemon juice. You can also add cilantro here if you like the flavor
  • Serve on a bed of rice and top with cilantro and onions
