Easy Sautéed Asparagus

- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1-2 teaspoon of olive oil
- Handful of cherry or grape tomatoes
- Handful of pine nuts
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon of water
Trim woody, tough bottoms off of asparagus
Put asparagus in a big bowl of water and rinse well
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat - about 1 minute
Add in the asparagus and garlic - cook for 2 minutes
Add in water and let it cook through the rest of the way - about 1 minute
Add tomatoes & pine nuts - cook for 1 minute
Season well with pepper and salt
