This is the easiest and best eggless pumpkin pie (vegan) recipe you will ever make. Only 6 ingredients! Just mix everything in a blender, pour into your pie crust and bake.

Silken tofu Pumpkin puree Brown sugar - or maple syrup. Corn starch Salt Vanilla extract Pre-made pie dough (most are dairy free and egg free)

– Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the pie dough into a pie tin and mold pinch the sides.

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  You may need to stop it a few times and wipe down the sides.

Pour the batter into a pie tin with the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Let the pie completely cool before serving.  The pie comes out of the oven looking puffy, put it will flatten out once it cools.

Serve with dairy free whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftovers in the fridge, covered with aluminum foil
