Rinse the potatoes in cold water, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Steam for 10 minutes or until slightly fork-tender.

Add cubed potatoes to a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle seasonings and salt, then shake to mix.

Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd so they cook evenly and crisp up.
