These quick and simple vegan rice crispie treats require just four ingredients and 10 minutes of your time. Enjoy a gooey and delicious no-bake dessert.
-Vegan marshmallows (I get these from Trader Joe's, Whole foods or I buy them online)-Vegan butter-Rice Krispie cereal- Chocolate chips (optional to add a melted chocolate topping)
Ingredients
In a large pot on the stove, put the vegan butter into the pan on medium-low heat. Stir and let the butter melt.
Grease a 9x9" pan or use parchment paper. Press the rice crispy mixture into the baking pan and let them cool. Use a sharp knife to cut them into a similar size.
Use a sheet of parchment paper to help it not stick to your baking dish.
Mini marshmallows melt quicker, but use whatever you can find at your local grocery store.
