This homemade vegan pumpkin spice latte is better (and cheaper) than Starbucks.Super creamy and delicious, cozy fall drink. Gluten free and dairy free.
– Non-dairy milk– maple syrup– pumpkin puree – not pumpkin pie filling– pumpkin pie spice– vanilla– Double shot of espresso or ½ cup strongly brewed coffee
Ingredients
Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for one minute until smooth.
Double or triple the pumpkin spice blend and store it in a mason jar in the fridge to have it ready to go each morning. Just brew a fresh shot of espresso to go with it each day.
