Easy and delicious air fryer sweet potato cubes. Perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Makes a great side dish to any meal, or put it on top of salads or in tacos.

– sweet potato – avocado oil (or coconut oil) – garlic powder – salt

Ingredients

Peel then dice the sweet potatoes. Add them to a large mixing bowl and add the oil, salt and garlic powder.

Add sweet potatoes to the air fryer making sure not to overcrowd it. Cook this in batches if needed.

Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. If you want your potatoes more crispy, let them cook a little longer.

RECIPE TIPS

These are best eaten fresh out of the air fryer. They will slowly lose their crispiness as they cool down. These will last up to five days in the fridge in an airtight container.
