BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

Fluffy banana protein pancakes that are easy to make and vegan. Only six simple ingredients. 7 grams of protein per pancake.  Healthy quick breakfast that will keep you full all morning.

– 1 cup whole wheat flour ⅓ cup vegan vanilla protein powder – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ⅛ teaspoon salt – 1-2 ripe bananas – 1¼ cups soy milk

In a large mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt and mix well.

Mix the dry ingredients

Add the banana to the mixing bowl and mash with the back of a fork.

Add the soy milk to the batter and mix until the flour and protein powder are mixed in

Heat a pancake gridle and add oil. Let the pan heat for five minutes before adding batter. Cook until the bubbles pop and flip.
